Located in the historical Europejski Hotel in Warsaw, Epoka is a fine-dining establishment that encourages a fresh approach to gastronomical experiences in a laid-back atmosphere, without unnecessary intimidation. In Epoka, acclaimed Head Chef Marcin Przybysz creates a menu which is a changing interactive creative process drawing from the best of Polish culinary traditions.

In line with Chef’s vision of an approachable, open-minded fine-dining experience the sound was designed to play off the inviting dark design, leaving the historical elements of the building understated within the acoustics of soft lit high-vaulted ceilings. Bridging the gap between those accustomed to fine-dining and those new to it; the sound was curated to make clients feel welcome in a place of unexpected collaboration, to make them as comfortable as if in Chef’s home. By harmonizing sound and space with food and drink pairings in their unique tasting menu Epoka continues to push the envelope of gastronomy.

HE Concept Store is an eclectic proprietary space located in Europejski Boutiques, carrying collections made by leading Polish artists, fashion designers and craftsmen. The space reflects the interpenetration of fashion, art and design - vibrating with a mixture of styles that converge into a cohesive whole.

Although sounds can vary, they are not disjointed. To find unity in the eclecticism and diverse aesthetics of the collections, within a oxidized, metallic vintage space defined by artistic installations and hand-made wallpapers, the scope of musical styles considered had to be adapted. Subtle electronica mixed with a melodic house and a collection of nu-jazz allows for a decisive elegance in variation, and at the same time resonates in a colorful whole. In unifying their eclectic approach, HE Concept Store demonstrates the power of a single form in space and sound.

Karkut is a fine-dining establishment inspired by Szczenin's own Ferdynand Kartusch, a well-known 19th century philanthropist. The Restaurant aims to serve the city by providing a relaxed but elegant atmosphere in which balance between old traditions and new techniques, as well as a focus on quality through ecologically sourced ingredients, are the foundation of a meaningful culinary experience.

In striking a balance between the philanthropic ethos of the restaurant and the elegant layout of exposed brick, wooden finishes and white tablecloths, the sound builds on a wide variety of jazz towards a classy contemporary flavour. Following the ambition to provide the quality of a traditional experience in a modern setting, the sound is curated to explore the fusion of old and new genres, resulting in a harmony of old values expressed in a modern context. Within this context we enrich the minimalistic approach undertaken by Karkut by helping preserve the inviting atmosphere of warmth and class.
